Delivery Rules


    Our shipping fee is 39.90 TL in retail sales. For purchases of 1000 TL or more, shipping is free. We serve all over Turkey with Aras Cargo. The cargo is delivered within 1-5 working days of the ordered product. The cargo is delivered within 24 hours at the latest. The tracking number is reported by e-mail. Please inspect the package before receiving the cargo package. You have the right to not accept damaged torn bags by informing the cargo officer. Cargo is not released on public holidays, Saturday and Sunday.


Product Return Policy

We hope you like everything you order from us, but if something is not right, you have 7 days from the delivery date to send it back to us.

1. I want to return the product I bought from lowellfashion.com, what can I return?


    The product must not have passed 7 days after the delivery date. You can return the products that have not lost their tags and therefore have not lost their resaleable feature. Used, washed, damaged packaging will not be accepted. Cosmetics, underwear, socks, all kinds of personal care products, accessory products, etc. Returns of products are not accepted.



2. How can I return the products I bought from lowellfashion.com?

Please contact us by writing "Return Request" to salesmanager@neysantekstil.com and include your Order Number, Surname and First Name. In addition, please indicate the name of the product you want to return, the size and color of the product and the reason for the return. After your return request is approved, you can send with the Aras Cargo Return Code that will be sent via e-mail.


Note: We do not cover the shipping charges arising from the cargoes sent to us without waiting for the return code and from sending with other cargo companies. Except for defective products, the shipping fee belongs to the customer for returns. While the return amount is paid, the return shipping fee is deducted from the product price and a refund is provided.


The return request must be created within 48 hours (2 days) from the product delivery date and delivered to the cargo within 7 days.


Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days.



Products with a discount are not refundable, only size changes are made. There are no refunds or exchanges for products in the discount category and for which a discount code is used.



Product Exchange Terms


If it is in our stocks, you must send an e-mail to the salesmanager@neysantekstil.com e-mail address with the name and size of the product you want to exchange, your own name and surname and your order number, within 3 days from the delivery date as a Change Request.


You must send the product to be exchanged to us with our contracted cargo, Aras Cargo, within 7 days from the delivery date.


After the product reaches us, the new product that has been changed will be packaged and shipped to you. The cost of the new forwarded cargo is sent with the buyer's payment and belongs to you.


We ask that the products be returned clean, unworn and with all tags and in their own shipping bag. Otherwise, it will not be accepted.


Undelivered Cargoes


No refund will be made in case of returning undelivered products to us. It is the buyer's responsibility to receive the ordered product.


In case of rerouting the undelivered products to the address and making a new cargo exit, the second cargo fee belongs to the buyer.
